IPBases ("we", "us", "our") operates the website ipbases.com and provides the IPBases trademark management software to law firms and IP practices.

IPBases the software runs on infrastructure that you control — your cPanel host, your VPS, your private cloud. Your trademarks, your clients, your invoices, your files: they live on your servers, not ours. We have no access to that data, no logging endpoint that receives it, and no support backdoor that could grant us access.
As a result, this policy does not cover the data you store in your IPBases install. That data is governed by your own privacy practices and the agreements you have with your clients.

Our web server logs standard access information (IP address, user agent, page requested, timestamp, referrer) for security and diagnostic purposes. These logs are kept for 30 days and then deleted.
We do not use third-party analytics tools (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no behavioral tracking) on this marketing site.
This website uses no tracking cookies. We may use a single strictly-necessary session cookie to remember if you've dismissed a notification banner or chosen a language preference. This cookie contains no personal information and expires when you close your browser.

We keep your contact data for as long as you are an active customer, and for up to 7 years after the relationship ends (for tax and contractual record-keeping). Inactive sales leads who never become customers are deleted after 24 months.

Our marketing site runs on standard managed hosting with TLS certificates and regular security patches. Contact form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. We do not store payment card details on our systems — license payments are processed by our payment processor, who handles the card data.
We are based in Palestine. If you contact us from outside Palestine, your data will be transferred to and processed in Palestine. We apply appropriate safeguards in line with applicable data protection laws.
IPBases is a B2B product for law firms; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. The current version always lives at ipbases.com/privacy with a "Last updated" date. Material changes affecting customers will be communicated by email.
